The app syncs with your phone or computer's existing calendar so everything stays in one system.

The Challenge
People were struggling to manage their time and responsibilities because their information lived in too many different places. Calendar events existed in one app, tasks in another, and important notes or reminders were scattered across various platforms and messages. This fragmentation made it difficult to see the full picture of their commitments, leading to missed deadlines, conflicting schedules, and no clear way to protect time for rest or personal priorities.

The Approach
Cashira was built as a daily planning app with three input methods to handle how people actually want to add events. Users can manually create calendar items through the interface, ask ChatGPT to generate plans through text prompts, or speak to a VAPI voice assistant that captures what they say and schedules it. The system needed to handle all three paths while keeping everything synchronized with the device's native calendar so changes in either place stay consistent.
